Pre Christmas 2019

Christmas brings cheer and love. It is a season of great joy, a time when God shows his love for humanity. Nowadays, Christmas is celebrated by people around the World.  It is a time when family members and friends come together and remember the good things they have.

Don Boscoschool, celebrated the Pre-Christmas with great fervor and enthusiasm in the school auditorium on 21st December 2019. The entire school was filled with the positive vibration of Christmas carols. The crib, Christmas trees and decorations were decked up beautifully.

The teachers and students sang melodious carols and even santas danced to the exciting tunes of Christmas melody. The beautiful and graceful dance performances by the students captured the essence of Christmas music. The significance of the day was highlighted through speeches delivered by Colonel Lakshman Ojha, the Commanding Officer of 57 Mountain Division Ordinance Unit, Sr.Flora and Somya Khandelwal of class IX.

To inculcate the spirit of sharing, the Principal, the Vice-Principal, a few teachers and students visited the orphanage. After a short programme, gifts were distributed to the inmates of the orphanage. It was indeed true that the warmth of Christmas was felt from the heart and the gesture of visiting the orphanage proved it right. The boundless joy of celebrating the feast was visible on the faces of everyone.
